We (as in Crosspoint/Amito) use Eunetworks, seemed pretty keen last time we 
looked at adding more sites to our existing ring.  Sadly less choice since Zayo 
went on their shopping spree in 2015 was it?  (Buying Geo and Viatel).  Colt 
also keener to win biz these days then yesteryear.  Let me know if you've not 
been sent anyone's contact details there and can help.

EAD and EBD is what we're using at the moment, but as we go over 10Gbs per 
exchange, then 2x10G EBD will be way more expensive than metro dark fibre.

Yes, I'm keeping my ears open for the next iteration of DFA which sounds like 
it's exactly what I'm after here...
