As it happens I was in Germany this week, in a remote-ish location and I roamed 
onto Vodafone in Germany. All fine until Wednesday morning, when this got cut 
off, and no more roaming by EE in Germany for me... 

I suspect it is a result of this "commercial" dispute as well to be polite. 
Waiting to see what is going to happen with Brexit (to open another can of 
worms). 

 But hey, money are cashed in, investors are happy... who cares about users?
