Quick question to the list, anyone actually managed to configure or activate 
the Ethernet Circuit proactive alarms on EMP? Used to work fine on eCo but 
since migration to EMP we don't get them, and you can't configure them. I am 
being passed around OpenReach and although I now have a contact name that is 
aware of the problem, she doesn't seem to be able to resolve, the Ethernet 
fault team say it's not their issue, and the IT helpdesk say it's not them!

Any pointers appreciated!
