We have a phone line in LD8 but it's been there since before Equinix took over Telecity.
It's worth noting the cabinet isn't VDSL enabled so it's ADSL2 only. I'd be happy to offer anyone an Ethernet for OOB (on a reciprocal basis) if you're close to us but I find the cost of cross connects to be more than the cost of a DSL service.
