I don't think Cogent will do wavelengths or fibre (or at least, they wouldn't 
last time I asked).


IXManchester (LINX) aren't present at LDeX2 (although you can get them via LDeX 
Connect's ConneXions port) and they don't do wavelengths/fibre.


The other ones to add are CenturyLink, BT/Openreach and Vodafone (none of which 
are particularly great options).


SSE have been "coming soon" since the facility opened a couple of years ago.


I'm not sure if City Fibre ever PoPed LDeX2 or not. They were definitely on the 
cards at one point.


I'd start with euNetworks, COLT and Gamma/The Loop as the most reasonable from 
the available carriers.
