Hi All,

Could anyone from Amazon get in touch as some of our customers are experiencing 
a problem where their Fire Sticks are detecting a VPN or Proxy service and it's 
stopping their access. The customers in question aren't using a VPN or Proxy.

I've tried reaching out via the proper channels but haven't managed to get 
anywhere.
