I would think not replying to their email is the best bet, leave them wondering whether or not it’s been read or if they have got through to the right person. --------------------------------- That's a good idea and allow one to possibly collect more info about the criminals because they'll try again. The "have a nice day" part is like salt in the wound to me. I can visualize a smirk on the criminal's face. scott
