Can anyone suggest a supplier who can provide voice and data SIMs on either EE or Vodafone, and provide L2TP data handoff rather than direct internet access?
MVNO network name branding would be nice but not essential. There seem to be plenty of options for data only but voice and data appears limited to a small number of options.
