Dear Colleagues

The 3rd edition of virtualUKNOF took place yesterday - Monday 7th September 2020

We would like to thank you everyone who helped make it a great success. The
UKNOF crew (Cathy, Chris, Keith, Mike and me, Denesh) were joined by Portia
Rabonda (Flexoptix) and Brandon Butterworth (Bogons), who helped with the
rehearsals and running of the show in the background.

We are grateful for Flexoptix' annual Patronage financial support of UKNOF and
as co-host of this meeting. Fearghas McKay from Flexoptix shares a few thoughts:

"As Flexoptix, we recognise the the value and contribution of community
meetings and platforms created by organisations such as UKNOF. (While) The
global pandemic has had a significant and material impact on businesses and
seen a halt to physical meetings events globally, it has highlighted the the
importance of the Internet for business continuity as well as connecting
socially. Community fora like UKNOF make it possible to discuss the new and old
operational issues networking engineers are facing in keeping the Internet
running, which makes it more important to encourage and support these meetings.
We encourage others to join us as Patrons to support the long term future of
UKNOF."
