Hi, Is there anyone reading here that could pick up BT complaint 1-106172678?
To summarise I have an issue with 4G assure; it appears that 2 IP addresses in the same /16 are experiencing 1 way routing when one IP is on 4G assure and 1 is on the xDSL network. If both devices are on 4G assure then they can communicate correctly. Traceroute suggests that communication does not leave the 4G Assure BRAS (for want of a better term) when things are working. Poking with UDP packets and tcpdump suggests that there is one way routing when things are broken. So suspect stuck route, incorrect static route, something along those lines with the 4G assure BRAS. This has been escalated through every person I could reach within the normal/enhanced channels and they've assigned it to 'Kevin' who is a chap in technical ownership where a few of my issues have landed in the past. The only issue is 'Kevin' isn't at work again till Monday and the routing issues are causing me a bit of a headache. Alan
