while we're at it, let's shrink the RFC1918 space down, so 10/8
becomes 10/16, and 172.16/12 becomes 172.16/20

and there's so much space wasted for rfc5735, we could recover a lot
of space from 224.0.0.0, I mean, nobody really uses multicast on a big
scale, right?

the freed up addresses would allow deferring the move to Ipv6 for a
least a few weeks?

and why spoil the opportunity for lots of interesting ways to break
the internet?
