Thank you all for all suggestion.
I have contacted Netflix directly and they have checked their geo database, and is showing correctly my IP's are located in UK. But they have noticed that they learned my prefixes through one of transit providers (Level3). I have checked and there seems to be some routing issue between Telia/Arelion and Level3.

Is there any chance that Arelion NOC engineers are here? Need urgent contact please.
