Can anyone help with getting Amazon to stop blocking my customers IP addresses? 
The IPs have always been UK IPs.

I seem to spend a lot of my time trying to sort out issues like this with 
content providers  - at the end of the day you can only access content you sign 
in for so maybe base the authentication on username rather than IP address. So 
what if you are on holiday and want to watch something you pay for! How very 
dare you!
