The video is an appeal but its really light on detail, as an example: Costs - meeting costs: venue, catering, ongoing: internet infrastructure, any director expenses/renumeraton Revenue - sponsorship (and trends here), patronage (of the various levels) Previous board ideas. I may be aware of a fair bit of this, but the community potentially is not. I think there'd be more value with some reference points to discuss from - which is nie on impossible on a mailing list alone because you are reliant on people all being subscribed when that post is sent, or some archaic archive system (much as I respect mailman, that's too much effort) Cheers, Chris
