Afternoon everyone,

We have started using a new IP range leased from Cogent and our customers are 
having issues accessing services from The National Lottery and Microsoft 365.

Despite my best efforts I’m having great difficulty contacting ether of them. 
Does anyone know of a best way forward with ether of these providers?
