So the information has slightly changed and the customer is (currently) just an end-user. They require a dual resilient connection into TH20 (TH North) that is provisioned over 1G+ circuits hopefully into different systems in the providers network. Initial bandwith is 100M but won't be very active until later. The rack space/etc has already been acquired so there is no possibility of moving.
The customer is working with the UK MNOs and initially they will connect via "Internet VPN" while testing, but are likely to move to direct connections in future when the service goes live for security reasons (MNO requirements). The customer will require a public /29 of v4. If this changes anything and anyone else wants to quote, please get in touch.
