Hi Brian,   From the error screenshot it appears that there is a version mismatch between your ULC VE and ULC.   Which version of ULC and ULC VE are you using?   For Eclipse 3.0.1  - use ULC VE 4.0.2 with ULC 6.1 Or  - use ULC VE 4.0.1 with ULC 6.0.x   For Eclipse 3.1 - use ULC VE 5.0.1 with ULC 6.1.
