[ULC-developer] HORIZONTAL SCROLLBAR in ULCTable

any one help me about how can i enable HORIZONTAL SCROLLBAR in ULCTable.
 
I put ULCScrollPane.HORIZONTAL_SCROLLBAR_ALWAYS in the ULCScrollPane constructure but i m nt getting horizontal scroll bar.
