Hi,

When you specify "BOX_EXPAND_EXPAND" on two components in a ULCBoxPane,
both of them expand to the extent possible to be able to display their
contents. So they will push each other as per their need and won't divide
the space equally.

Please refer to Chapter 7 of ULCEssentials Guide for explanation on layout
using ULCBoxPane.

For dividing the space equally between two components you could use
ULCGridLayoutPane as it resizes components so they all match size. When your
layout requires a number of equally sized components, you should use the
GridLayout.

Thanks and regards,

Janak

Subject: [ULC-developer] fixing

Hi,

I am using an ULCScrollpane containing an ULCTree and an ULCBoxpane side by
side. Both with attribute "BOX_EXPAND_EXPAND". I supposed that both panes
receive 50 % of space. But when I expand the ULCTree inside the
ULCScrollpane, the ULCScrollpane is going wider and the ULCBoxpane is
shrinking.

How can I fix the setting of both panes to 50 % of available space?

I'm using ULC 6.0.4

Thanks and regards!

Holger
