I assume that you want to display a confirmation dialog before closing the window.
 
1. set the defaultCloseOperation of your window to IWindowConstants.DO_NOTHING_ON_CLOSE.
2. add a windowlistener on your window and display an ULCAlert which closes the window programmatically after the confirmation (ULCWindow.setVisible(false).

Is it possible in ULC when i click on the right upper corner on the close icon, to open i dialog, in which i could decide to close or not to close the application (like "Are you sure, that you want to close the application")
 
Is this possible, if yes how?
