Bug description:
While the client is logged in shut down the server - client becomes
hanged.
If ISessionStateListener.sessionError is used sessionError called twice.
After that the process javaw that corresponds to the client still exists
in the system
Environment:
Windows XP for server and client, jboss-4.0.4.CR2
