Hi Les, ULC Release Notes states the JRE versions with which ULC has been tested.
At the time of release of ULC 6.1, Java 6 was not available. Therefore ULC has not been officially tested with Java 6. However, we ran ULC on Java 6 internally and it seems to work ok.
