[ULC-developer] Increase the time the tool tip is displayed.

Dear  All,

     I have set a renderer to the table and it shows the tool tip, but the
tool tip is just shown for 5 seconds. Is there any way to increase the time
so that the tool tip  will be shown for a longer time?
