Hi Chris,
You may use ULCLayeredPane where every component can be laid out
programmatically. ULCLayeredPane does not have a layout manager. it uses
null layout. You can specify the location at the time of adding a component:
ULCLayeredPane.add(ULCComponent component, int layer, Rectangle bounds)
