Hi Claus, Can you please enable client (specify log-level ALL in application argument in jnlp file) and server logs (specify log-level ALL for servlet init-param in web.xml file) and send them to us?
Is there any exception on the client or server? Is it possible to send get a Therad Dump? We have fixed couple of deadlock related bugs in ULC 6.2.3. After working some time with our ULC Application (15min - 120min) the client's processor load rises to 100%, the ULC GUI freezes and stays in this state, it is not rendered any more and therefore unreadable. Java Web Start console behaves the same. We cannot see any connection to a special action like clicking a button, the state of the GUI, I mean which ULC Components are shown at the moment before the freeze is also always different. The server is always almost idle and has a load below 10%. Does somebody have an idea how to debug or analyse such a problem ? Any help welcome.
