Issue 140: Line length indicator

New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
PEP 8 says "Limit all lines to a maximum of 79 characters.". So the default
"Long line indicator column" should be 79.
The syntax checker should warn, if the line length exceeds 79 (not 80)
characters.
