Issue 143: 3 help string typos

Comment #10 by rdmoores:
You seems to have some strict rule in mind. Where did it come from? I've
looked at
some more software, and can find none that strictly conform to your rule.
Even IE7.
In fact, the venerable text editor, TextPad (I have v5.1), consistently
uses the
imperative in its help strings. Eudora uses both imperative and indicative.
And so
on.
Instead of striving for a foolish consistency, I'd rather we were concerned
with
perfecting the help strings in other ways. First of all, catch and correct
all the
misspellings.
See "occurrance" in "Find previous occurrance of text" and "Find next
occurrance of
text." occurrance -> occurrence
Edit -> Selection -> Match Select -> ... encluded ... encluded ->
included
Tools -> Register to Explore
Tools -> Unregister from Explore
Shouldn't "Explore" be "Explorer" in both menu items and their help strings?
Tools -> Easy Memo
Should it be "windows" or "window" in the help string? Can there be more
than one
Easy Memo window?
And aside from this, the phrasing of the help string is
awkward/inappropriate.
Document -> Change encoding ...
In the help string correct "Chanages" to "Changes"
Tools -> Commands Searching -> Searching ...
In help string, correct "Searchs" to "Searches"
Also, should "Commands Searching" (on the menu) be changed to "Command
Searching"?
And so on..
