Why I use here? Because it doesnot mean the "Directory Browser Window"
but "this
position", so it'll open DOS prompt or explorer according current file path
or
directory path. And if you know there is a tool of microsoft, you can find
it at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx,
and there is
a tool named Open Command Window Here, I learnt from it.
