[ulipad:4092] Alt+X Weird Behavior

I always use Alt+X to bring up the shell window after I start Ulipad.
But now when I press this hotkey, it brings up a blank window. The
only way to bring up the shell window is through menu. Once this is
done, the hotkey behaves normally as a toggle to show/hide the shell
window. Can anyone else confirm this behavior? I'm on Windows and
using the .svn version. Thanks.
