Got it. I was using the exe version of Ulipad and that had python25.dll. I uninstalled this, added the zip version with the Ulipad.py file in it. I then ran into comtypes issue. I found the fix on the issues section of the Ulipad site and added the comtypes module and managed to bring up Ulipad in in Python26.
Not yet use it but will do so next week. Thanks much for your patience and help.
