[ulipad:4273] issue with ulipad3.9

Hi,

I'm having problem using ulipad3.9:
Whatever dir you add in "Dir Browser", you can NOT open it by double
clicking.

I'm using Python26,
comtypes-0.6.0.win32.exe,
wxPython2.8-win32-unicode-2.8.10.1-py26.exe
and in Windows XP.
