New issue 236 by reiale: Mousepointer invisible/missing on black/blue
background (needs inverse pointer)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit, Preferences, change Default color theme to anything dark (black or
blue but not Idle or White).
2. Move mouse across code area.
3. Mouse pointer only becomes visible when outside of code area (menus,
directory browser, etc.)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mouse pointer should be inversed or use alternate color. Color theme may
need additional attribute
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0, also tried trunk version. Windows XP fully patched
