New issue 256 by [email protected]: ReST preview keeps taking the focus away
from file edit pane

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a whatever.rst, click menu "ReST" then "View HTML result in left
pane", the auto-update is enable by default. Start
typing-thinking-typing-thinking-typing anything in edit pane, you will see
the preview pane work just fine. So far so good.
2. Click anywhere inside the HTML pane
3. Click back to the edit pane, and continue typing-thinking-typing. Now
you will find that, when you are thinking, the edit pane lost focus. You
need to always click edit pane to start typing again.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hope I can continue typing-thinking-typing.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ulipad.4.0.py25.exe, on Windows XP.
Please provide any additional information below.
By the way, can ReST file have a "class browser", which shows all titles
and subtitles of the current rest file? (Perhaps I shall open a new issue
for this feature request.)
