[ulipad:4916] How can I contribute code to the project?

Hi all,

I have been adding small improvements (configurable path to memo.txt,
helper scripts, a Bash lexer etc.) to my local copy of UliPad. I would
like to contribute these changes to the SVN repository. How can I do
that?
