3 Sept. 1838 to be sold Rosawella situate within 2 miles of Enniskillen, adjoins lake Erne, part of the See lands of Clogher held by lease, with 'Toties Quoties'; covenant for renewal, subject to an annual head rent of 11£ 10s. 9d. and yearly renewal fine of 18£ 18s 2d. Those lands contain 106a. 0r. 11p of arable pasture and meadow land, late Irish plantation measure, held by tenants from year year at the yearly rent of 140£ 3s 8d. There is attached to this farm 36a 1r. 35p plantation measure, of valuable turf bog which, from the advantages of water carriage and the situation near Enniskillen, will set from 3£ to 4£ per acre.
