Married

On the 13th inst in St. Anne’s Church by the Rev. Arthur Macartney,
Andrew ORR Esq. of Keely, Co. Londooderry, Mary, eldest daughter of
the late Robert HOLMES Esq.

On Thursday evening by the Rev. Dr. Hanna, Mr. John IRELAND to Miss
COONEY both of this town (Belfast)

ON Tuesday the 12th inst. by the Rev. J.W. Fea, David CROTHERS, of
Ballynure, to Mrs. GRAHAM of North street, in this Town (Belfast)

died

On Friday the 8th inst, at Ballymena, Mr. George CASEMENT, Attorney,
in the 29th year of his age.

At Hillsborough, on the 28th ult. in the 13th year of his age, James
Henderson M'ALLISTER, of Ballylesson a youth, whose amiable
dispositions peculiarly endeared him to his relatives, and whose
expanding excellence of character interested all, by whom moral worth
could be appreciated; with the cheerfulness of youth were blended a
seriousness of thought, and deep sense spiritual and everlasting
concerns, he was the only son of his mother, and she was widow but she
is soothed by the blessed trust, that the Lord jesus who raised the
son of the widow of Nain to temporal life, will raise her son to the
enjoyment of life eternal!
