I am one that is definitely for such an idea. I think it needs to be
started quite soon. The sooner the better IMO.

I hope that this can be done in USD as well. There are several US
citizens that are involved or wanting to be involved in some way,
including myself.

Again I would have to agree. Gael should ultimately have control of
all Ulteo domain names and then it can be up to him to give
responsibility to who he wants to run certain things. Yann for
example is doing a good job with the .org domain. I am currently
working on the .com website or atleast a basis that someone else can
take and improve on if need be.

If/When the club does get started, I think it would be best to
incorporate the forums into the club and have one central location for
the forums. I am a moderator on the forums currently and would love
to be continue to do such thing for a Club Forum. As Gael knows, Adam
W. does a great job with the Mandriva forums and he has already told
me in the past that he would like for me to be an official moderator
for the Mandriva Club forums. Now that Ulteo is coming along I have
told Adam that due to conflict of interest I don't think it would be a
good idea that I do such thing. I'm more than willing to do whatever
it takes to get a 'Club' and Club Forums up and running for Ulteo. I
think we need such thing as soon as possible.

That is a great idea. I am currently using PMwiki on a domain for a
Gnome help channel that I run on FreeNode. The wiki can be found here
for those willing to take a look: http://wiki.gnomehelp.org

I agree that in the beginning only contributors or those that Gael
appoint have access to editing the wiki. There also needs to be a
members only section so that we can have a 'Behind the scenes' type
thing that only members/developers/contributors can post and view.
This would benefit everyone.
