This has traditionally been aimed at grad students. I'm next year's pizza ambassador so undergrads will have a shot, but the same rules apply: it has to be an unusual situation or deadline, not just random hungry people in the lab. Details on how to request getting your pizza paid for will be sent around at the beginning of the semester.
