[UM-LINUX] Blocking annoying popup

I've been getting a lot of popups lately (Macromedia Flash 6) where they 
try and get me to register for a free laptop (asterisk, "see offer 
details"). I close them and before I know it, it's back. I have popups 
blocked in my Mozilla (1.7.5) preferences but they still come. The Mozilla 
info is that "even if blocked sites may use other methods". How does that 
work?

BTW the offer points to www.onlinerewardcenter.com, but I can't figure out 
who's causing the popup.
