OK, so, the installfest is this thursday at 5pm in CSIC. There will be pie and punch!
So far, I've got two monitors, but they need to be picked up from
somewhere. Please, everyone bring extra keyboards and mice.
I would like people who have cars and are planning on being there to
email me. We may need people to pick up people's boxen, and we
might need someone to pick up pizza.
I'm like to try something NEW this semester as well. The new item
being demos. Anyone who wants to present ANYTHING (within reason)
can show us on the projector- just don't expect anyone to be
quite. Pretty graphics and stuff would work well. Also,
cool unix tricks would be, well, um... cool.
Also, I'd like there to be writings on the walls in CSIC to
advertise. So, if you're in a room in CSIC and there isn't one of
those little written advertisements written on one of the boards, go
ahead and write one. Feel free to ask your professors to announce
the event during class as well.
Ummm.... I'm probably forgetting something, so expect more emails about it.
