Dean's Bio: I have been at Vanguard for 9 years and am a principal in Information Technology. My first 5 years were in the Technology Operations center where I was the department head of Production Services and chaired the Operations Architecture Team. The last 4 years have been within the Corporate Technology Services subdivision where I am the department head of the Corporate Testing department, with responsibility for System and Performance Testing. I also serve as the IT Process Owner for Test and am a member of the Development Architecture Team.
