I'm not sure either. I guess it means that those who hardcode their DNS in their setup are potentially screwed. they want you to inherit everything, IP and DNS.
So, perhaps they're just over-reacting and we've been doing it "right" all the way along. But the email sounded rather threatening that you would loose your
