You know better than that, Alexey.  :-)  1 is the natural base - you can't
use it as an artihmetic (or multiplicative) base...

1 10 100?  Doesn't work.  You still have a degree of freedom.

I imagine that was a typo for base 10, which is a typical base for counting
on fingers.

who used to be pretty quick at counting in binary on his fingers, although 4
is a little rude, and 24 through 27 are physically difficult.
