So I haven't checked into it, but I'm told the only difference between
the new cards and the old ones is that the new ones have your UID on
the mag stripe instead of your SSN.

As for the space, I didn't initially notice that... everywhere else
I've seen it, it's just "UID"... I doubt there's any reason for it.
