Well, first, what search string would you use that would give results
about this specific problem and not one of the 100000 others that have
something to do with random integers? Second, I really want the best
answer CS has, so I'm assuming familiarity with the literature would be
usefull (something google, and the internet at large certainly doesn't
have). Google is good for common or general things, and this one is both
very specific and at least somewhat unusual.
