I'd prefer something that has good reception and good built-in kernel drivers. Price is not a huge issue.

Does anyone know of a Linux-compatible 802.11a PCMCIA card that can
handle WPA? I live in an apartment complex, and I have difficulty
maintaining a very good signal even at very close range to my access
point with 802.11g. I'm figuring the 5ghz band might be a bit more
compatible with my needs.
