I'm not really an ee guy.
given an shematics, I can buy parts and soldier something simple,
but I do not belive I can design some (even simple) components.
thus, can you perhaps suggest me some ready IC part or DC-DC
transformers, or something which would fit said requirements:
input : noisy, DC, -12V throughtout 0V up to 12V
output : 50mA, +5V, +Ve, -Ve (last 2 should hover around ~9v)
Like Phil said the LM7812 certainly seems like a good start, but not
sure where to get from here.
