in a team environment. You'll be working with a staff of interactive
designers, web developers and programmers on a variety of interactive
campaigns to take client projects from schematic concept to visual and
functional reality. The right candidate must be a strategic thinker,
team player and a roll up your sleeves, get things done, kind of person.
Job Description
The position involves website development and web based application
development. The prospective employee should be experienced in .Net
development with knowledge in HTML, CSS, and DHTML. Adobe Flash and Flex
knowledge a plus. Ideally the right candidate will have experience in
implementing popular web technologies such as blogs, message boards, and
commerce applications. Candidate must have effective communication and
organizational skills. Candidate must be comfortable working in a team
environment as well as be able to take the initiative to get things done
working alone.
Technical Skills
CLIENT WANTS SOMEONE WITH AJAX
* Strong experience in web-based application development using VB.NET,
SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and DHTML particularly with integrating
.NET into CSS pages.
* SQL and T-SQL language skills.
* MS-SQL development and SQL DB architecture skills.
* Translating complex business logic into data objects, SQL stored
procedures and .NET code.
* Experience implementing both custom and third party ecommerce
solutions.
* Experience using other programming languages such as ColdFusion, PHP,
or Java a plus.
* Networking and hardware experience a plus.
