Slackware 14.1 fits all of the above.  I routinely check the USPS site with
Firefox.  If you don't install the "User Agent Switcher" add-on, stupid
websites will complain that your browser is too out of date to be used -
but that is my experience with any version of Firefox.  (Slackware ships
with an ESR release of Firefox 24.)
