Dear Support, Hello and good day, I would like to ask for your help because I am having problems logging in to my Umap or Openstreetmap account:
My username is : k_dufke My email address is: [email protected] My maps: https://umap.openstreetmap.de/de/user/k_dufke/ If needed I can share my last used password. Problem: I have been using Umap since at least 2020 and have created a lot of map projects that I suddenly no longer have access to. When I log in to www.openstreetmap.org I get the message “Sorry, no login possible with this data.” I am using Chrome version 131.0.6778.205 (official build) (arm64) on MacOS 14.6 (23G80). But I also get the same error message when logging in with other browsers (Safari). When I go to the “Forgot password” page (https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/forgot-password), I don't get a message to reset my password. Please help me: what can I do to regain access to my cards?
